The household linen is supplied (sheets, towels, dish-clothes). We change it each saturday in case of long stay.

General agreement

Weekly rental from saturday to saturday
Tourist tax extra (€ 0.50 per person per day).
The lodging can be occuped from 05:30 pm and must be free the day of the departure at 09:30 pm.
In low season : possibility of a short stay. Consult us.
Deposit : 30% for the reservation
Balance due : the day of arrival
Guarantte : 300 € (returned after the departure inventory)
Departure before the date : no refunding
Animals not allowed
House cleaning : The lodging must be left as clean as the day of arrival. Possibility to have it done for 40 euros for a studio or for 60 euros for a type 3.
